How do I reserve a party?
Please call the office to book your reservation. A deposit is required within 48 hours of making your party reservation, and must be paid prior to holding the party. Reservations are taken on a first come, first serve basis.
Where do the parties take place?
You choose the location and we come to you.
What time does the party host arrive, how long does it last and how should I prepare?
Your host arrives 30 minutes before party time to set up. Parties last 2 1/2 hours. Please have your dining table, or other suitable table, cleared and ready for the cupcakes and have two chairs available for face painting.
Deposits and Payments:
Payments can be made by cash or by cheque. A non-refundable deposit of $50.00 is required to secure your reservation. The balance is due upon the arrival of your Party Host.
What if I have to cancel?
We will work with you to schedule an alternative date, on which to hold your party. In the event of cancellation of your party for any reason, please note the deposit is non-refundable.
NSF:
A fee of $25.00 will be charged for any payment(s) returned for non-sufficient funds.
